A visit from Royalty!

On Monday 2^nd February, year 5 and 6 had a fantastic Tudor Day. We were visited by Queen Elizabeth the First! We learned all about the Tudor period and performed Tudor dance and drama. We all had a go at jousting and were even knighted by the Queen!

Immersive days like this are a valuable way of learning for the children and we would like to extend our thanks to the PTA for funding this fabulous experience.
