Before/After School Clubs

Here at Costock we have wrap-around care available with our before and after school clubs. We offer a breakfast club which is supervised by Mrs Walker, and after school-club which is supervised by Mr Pollard.

We ensure a variety of experiences including craft activities and sports like football, tennis and cricket. We also have a reading and calm zone. We love being outdoors as much as possible and make good use of our playground with ball nets, goals, clamber stack and reading house. We are also very fortunate to have a wonderful allotment with potting shed and nature area.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club runs every morning from 7:30am - 8:45am and children are provided with juice, toast and/or cereal at a cost of £5 per day (or £4 without breakfast). Breakfast will be served between 7:45am and 8:15am. We plan activities for our clubs and children will be encouraged to socialise and join in, in a relaxed and friendly environment, whilst also being prepared for the school day.

After-School Club

Our After-School Club runs until 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and on a Friday until 5:00pm. The club costs £5 per session for collection anytime up until 4:45pm and £10 per session for collection anytime from 4:45pm up until 6pm (Monday to Thursday). The Friday club costs £5.

Children will be provided with a drink and fruit/healthy snack, and a further snack is provided after 5.00pm . We plan a range of activities for the children including sports, arts and crafts, games and reading! Mr Pollard, our After-School Club leader, has experience of working with groups of different sizes and age ranges, and ensures that the children are provided with supervised activities in a safe and stimulating environment.

Booking

We understand that working patterns and daily life can be unpredictable and is why we have committed to ensuring our clubs meet your needs. Booking for the following day can be made up to midnight on the previous day through a few clicks on our SchoolMoney App.

Places are limited to 30 children per session. We have many regular club goers with fairly consistent numbers and, although popular, we have the staff/child ratios to support the capacity required and have never had to turn a child away to-date.

Payment is taken at the end of each half term for what your child has attended.
