Another bountiful Harvest

Our school community once again generously contributed to our regular Harvest appeal, supporting the Friary in West Bridgford. Pupils, staff, and parents/carers enjoyed our traditional outdoor Harvest and Pet service on the school field. This occasion was a time to express gratitude for the Harvest, reflect on those less fortunate than ourselves, and celebrate St. Francis, the patron saint of animals, who believed that all creatures are part of God’s creation and deserve love and respect. We were delighted to be joined at the service by a wide variety of pets, from cats and dogs to a spider and a duck!
