Row, Row, Row your boat. Well, it wasn’t quite a boat but we had great fun working on the rowing machines in the festival at Southwolds. It was strenuous work,

but fantastic fun. Both Costock teams rose to the challenge and achieved new personal best times on the evening. Well done to everyone!
