Yr 2 boys football tournament success!

On Sunday 5^th October, we were fortunate enough to have been invited to a year 2 schools football tournament hosted by Nottingham Forest at their training ground. The boys took part in 6 matches, and wow did they impress! We started off with two draws and followed this up by winning the next 3 matches. Sadly, our last game ended in defeat to the eventual tournament winners, but that didn't dampen the boys' spirits who walked off the pitch with beaming smiles. We finished in an impressive 2^nd place out of 7 schools. We are in proud of the boys for their efforts and they represented the school magnificently, they were a pleasure to take.
