Rushcliffe Schools - boys football tournament

The boys participated once more in the Rushcliffe Schools football tournament, competing against 23 other schools. 

Proud is an understatement!

 In what has been described as the "closest & most intense" group the Rushcliffe tournament has witnessed in many years, the boys can walk away from the tournament with immense pride. Heading into the final round of matches, any of the 6 teams in our group had a chance to finish 1st and progress to the semi-finals. Although other results before our game made finishing 1st impossible, it didn't stop the boys from delivering a fantastic performance. The group ended with only a 4-point difference among all 6 teams! We concluded the tournament having conceded just 1 goal, which highlighted the boys' determination and dedication throughout. In addition, teachers from other schools remarked on how well the boys represented our school, and we should indeed be extremely proud of them, which we truly are! Well done boys, keep up the great work!
